Receive and process customer orders over the phone, and record in AS400 system. Provide information as requested, or ascertain who can best provide information to customer questions. Provide switchboard relief. Assist in customer returns and replacements, convert from cases to pounds, work with outside sales and other departments. Perform duties as assigned by supervisor.
