The Role   Job Summary:  Our transportation supervisors and support team are responsible for coordinating the daily operations of our department.  Providing leadership and direction to drivers is the essential job function to ensure our success each day.  To uphold company safety standards, compliance, and standards of conduct while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced team environment.  Communication and an acute attention to detail are required strengths for this position.  The Support Team is an essential first step to a transportation supervisor role.   Essential Responsibilities Include, but Not Limited To - Help plan manpower needs and schedule drivers and support personnel. - Manage daily driver adjustments and reschedule for absent/sick drivers. - Schedule new-hires and oversee training with emphasis on safety and customer service. - Route tracking review through TMS reporting to ensure sequencing and flow are optimal. - Daily communication with drivers to help overcome obstacles and delays. - Coordinate back hauls with buyers and grower/shippers. - Collaborate with Operations team to coordinate and adjust daily workflows as needed. - Oversee PM hostlers to ensure trucks and trailers are on dock to meet loading schedule. - Meet with drivers prior to route departure to review customer list and answer any questions. - Notify teams regarding any delays or route issues so customers can be updated. - Perform other related and assigned duties as necessary.

Schedule:   5PM start time. Shifts are typically 8-10 hours long.   5PM swing shift makes a $1 differential!   The Role:   You will be part of a team of people that work together in an environment that is friendly, yet productive.   This role is for picking full case produce orders onto a pallet utilizing a “hands free” voice pick headset system while operating a riding pallet jack. These orders are picked with product integrity in mind and are wrapped and staged upon completion for delivery to the customer. We strive to maintain a safe warehouse environment while specializing in building organized orders with attention to quality and accuracy while meeting all food safety programs. This is a steady paced position that requires a standard of a certain pieces per hour which is easily within reach for candidates that are hired on.

Schedule Monday – Friday, 8 hours/day (FT) - flexible within a window of 6am-6pm  The Role This is a full time position in our Finance Department under the general supervision of the Accounts Payable Manager. The position is primarily responsible for electronic entry of invoices and maintenance of a set of vendor accounts shared across a team.      Essential Responsibilities Include, but Not Limited To: - Inputting vendor invoice images & data into our electronic payment system - Identifying and addressing pricing and/or receiving issues with other departments - Responding in a timely manner to any vendor correspondence, by phone, email, or mail - Communicating clearly, verbally and in-writing, with all internal and external agencies  - Other related projects or duties as assigned to support the success of the Finance Department 

The Role This position is responsible for coordinating and implementing quality assurance functions of the processing department. This position will also assist in the internal audits and work with the compliance department resolving quality issues as they arise.   Essential Responsibilities Include, but Not Limited To - Enforcing food safety and security procedures for our facility through programs such as HACCP and GMP’s. - Monitoring, documenting and reporting on finished product specifications to measure compliance with company standards. - Performing quality checks of raw, work in process, and finished product through inspections - Performing analysis of finished product as required. Must be able to correctly label the case and accurately palletize product to correct division using daily pick report. Correctly label incoming raw materials and rotate into stock. Decant produce out of cardboard into clean production containers while documenting lot codes. The Role    The sales support role will work as a liaison between the food service sales team and the warehouse operations group.   Essential Duties & Responsibilities Position requires performing any combination of the following job duties  - Early morning walks through of warehouse, prior to sales team arriving - Early check in with buyers, quick overview, or questions after walking through the warehouse - Understanding concept of interworking’s of warehouse #1, Warehouse #2 logistics, transfers, inventory, slotting, and inbound freight i.e. looking up PO’s - Full understanding functions and execute functions of Retalix ,Bosanova and Tableau - Work with buyers/sales manager of products that are not moving - Work with buyers “Max Quantity” on tight items - Implement auto substitution like items when necessary for order fulfillment - Work with procurement, CSR and Food Service managers on allocation of tight items - Work with buyers sourcing product/shorts to fill Food Service orders ie street buys, Costco, Franks etc. - Monitor outbound orders of customers depleting inventory that would interfere filling orders for following day/day’s business - Work with Franks so Warehouse #1 inventory is not depleted and allocate accordingly so they have coverage for their business - Enter Franks specialty request orders by 8:00am for purchasing to view through allocation - Work with CSR and sales managers building a daily plan of short items or substitutions for nightly picks, communicate with the night crew team - Develop a common ground sub/acceptable product list for all sales, ops support and CSR - Assist with warehouse #1 SKU rationalization - Work with Food Service Specialty items and requests of salespeople/CSR - Assist customer quality control issues with QC team in warehouse #1 - Work with ripening team for specific items required by sales that product is ripe, and slots are filled prior to picking, i.e. avocados, avocados etc. - Assist dispatch throughout the day for order fulfilment of outbound order fulfillment and communicate with salespeople. - Help train inside Sales team with product knowledge, set up displays, and samples - Special projects as assigned by the Department manager

Manually run the label machine, refilling labels, adjustments of rails and head heights, accurate placement of labels on tubs, etc.  Train new employees on GMPs, sanitation, mixing, production, and labeling.    

The Role   Warehouse Manager is responsible for the supervision of all warehouse activities, receiving, proper storage to maintain product quality, picking orders and loading of product for shipping.  This incumbent is responsible for loss prevention as it pertains to warehouse equipment, property, and employee bodily injuries.  This position encompasses the overall management of the day warehousing functions.       Essential Responsibilities Include, but Not Limited To - Oversee Warehouse Operations including Receiving, Operations Support, Quality/Inventory Control, Sanitation, Ripening and support of Shipping. - Manage employee performance, hiring and corrective counseling with support from Operations - Monitoring, evaluating and improving KPI’s in order to achieve Operation’s performance objectives. - Monitor all activities during the day to ensure the smooth operation of the Warehouse teams. - Ensure proper slot replenishment following the first in, first out procedure.  - Responsible for the daily scheduling of warehouse personnel to ensure proper staffing in order to receive products at the facility in a productive and cost-efficient manner. - Directs the day-to-day activities of the warehouse. Our fleet consists of passenger up to Class 8 vehicles.   In this role, you will perform truck repair and maintenance work, run diagnostics on vehicles, and work closely with other team members to meet company goals. There will be a focus on preventative maintenance, complex diagnosis, and repair along with ability to order parts.
