We invite you to join our team! We are currently recruiting for a full time Customer Service rep in our Seattle produce distribution call center.
Schedule: 2:30pm – 11pm (Saturday off and one other day during the week)
Job Description: Receive and process customer orders over the phone, voicemails, and online orders and record in AS400 system. Provide information as requested, or ascertain who can best provide information to customer questions. Provide switchboard relief. Assist in customer returns and replacements, convert from cases to pounds, work with outside sales and other departments. Perform duties as assigned by supervisor.
Advanced MS Office experience (Outlook and Excel)
Proven courteous phone manner
Able to work flexible hours and days as required by the work load
Ability to multi-task while recording accurate information
Ten key by touch
Spanish bilingual a plus
