The Customer Service Representative will take customer orders via telephone, voice mail, email and online ordering. Utilizes a computer to enter data, retrieve pricing for customer. Vital point of contact for internal and external communication. Rep is responsible for the accuracy of each order they key, assisting the sales department with order guides, and other projects as assigned by the supervisor. Customer Service Rep will partner with management and Sales Reps to help resolve customer questions and complaints. Perform duties as assigned by supervisor.
