Sundays and revolving weekdays off, 2:30p – 11:00p

 

The Role

 

Customers Service Representatives are responsible for handling complaints, process orders, and provide information about products and services.

 

Essential Responsibilities Include, but Are Not Limited To:

  • Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests
  • Processes customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures.
  • Works closely with the credit department to resolve disputed credit items.
  • Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
  • Partners with the sales team to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations.

Required Experience:

  • Advanced MS Office experience (Outlook and Excel)
  • Proven courteous phone manner
  • Prefers AS400 experience
  • Able to work flexible hours and days as required by the work load
  • Ability to multi-task while recording accurate information
  • Ten key by touch
  • Spanish bilingual a plus
  • Produce knowledge a plus

 

Supplemental Information
