Additional Compensation Details:

• Salary Dependent on Experience and Location of Role
• Potential 90-day performance-based raise
• Yearly review with possibility of increase based on performance and tenure

This is a Temporary Role for 3-4 months

The Role

Apply daily cash receipts in a timely manner to maintain accurate A/R records.  Maintain  invoicing and A/R packet files in an organized manner.  Able to prioritize work to maximize performance.  Provide administrative support as needed. Other duties as assigned.

Essential Responsibilities Include but Not Limited To

• All employees are responsible for food safety and are expected to notify the appropriate manager, supervisor, or key personnel if they witness any compromise to food safety or food quality.
• Proper allocation of payments received via checks, efts, ach and credit cards.
• Run credit card payments.
• Reconcile government payments and apply payments accordingly.
• Scan invoices to ERP systems.
• Collection and reconciliation of customer aging accounts.
• Submitting invoices to various customer platforms
• Works with sales staff on past dues or issues on accounts
• Customer set up in ERP system.
• Customer service skills a must
• Excel and Word skills a must

Peripheral Duties: 

• Customer service skills a must
• Other duties as might be assigned/required

Required Skills and Experience

• QuickBooks, Excel and Word skills a must
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Attentive to detail

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP
• Accounting Certificate OR 2-year Associates Degree

Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as physical work location within the state.
