Additional Compensation Details:

• $21.00 - $22.00 per hour Dependent on Experience and Location of Role
• Potential 90-day performance-based raise
• Yearly review with possibility of increase based on performance and tenure

Shift: 

4:00pm to 2:30am with some flexibilty based on need

The Role:

The janitors are responsible for warehouse cleanup work, including but not limited to the responsibilities below.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• • Sweeping floors, cleaning up debris in the warehouse, freezer and lunchrooms
  • Cleaning up standing water
  • Breaking down boxes and recycle
  • Use a forklift or riding pallet jack to empty garbage
  • Check for pest activity
  • Complete daily SQF inspection log
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite

We will train all new hires on main equipment used: electric riding pallet jack, forklift, floor scrubber and scissor lift.

Required Skills and Experience

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to use a pressure washer
• Ability to work in tall heights while in a scissor lift
• Ability to read/write/speak English
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (33F to 36F)
• Ability to work in freezer environment for extended periods of time
• Ability to work safely and professionally in a fast paced environment with frequent heavy equipment and pedestrian traffic

Preferred Skills and Experience

• 1-year previous janitorial experience preferred
• Pallet Jack/Forklift experience a plus
