The Role   Job Summary:  Our transportation supervisors and support team are responsible for coordinating the daily operations of our department.  Providing leadership and direction to drivers is the essential job function to ensure our success each day.  To uphold company safety standards, compliance, and standards of conduct while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced team environment.  Communication and an acute attention to detail are required strengths for this position.  The Support Team is an essential first step to a transportation supervisor role.   Essential Responsibilities Include, but Not Limited To - Help plan manpower needs and schedule drivers and support personnel. - Manage daily driver adjustments and reschedule for absent/sick drivers. - Schedule new-hires and oversee training with emphasis on safety and customer service. - Route tracking review through TMS reporting to ensure sequencing and flow are optimal. - Daily communication with drivers to help overcome obstacles and delays. - Coordinate back hauls with buyers and grower/shippers. - Collaborate with Operations team to coordinate and adjust daily workflows as needed. - Oversee PM hostlers to ensure trucks and trailers are on dock to meet loading schedule. - Meet with drivers prior to route departure to review customer list and answer any questions. - Notify teams regarding any delays or route issues so customers can be updated. - Perform other related and assigned duties as necessary.

Schedule Monday – Friday, 8 hours/day (FT) - flexible within a window of 6am-6pm  The Role This is a full time position in our Finance Department under the general supervision of the Accounts Payable Manager. The position is primarily responsible for electronic entry of invoices and maintenance of a set of vendor accounts shared across a team.      Essential Responsibilities Include, but Not Limited To: - Inputting vendor invoice images & data into our electronic payment system - Identifying and addressing pricing and/or receiving issues with other departments - Responding in a timely manner to any vendor correspondence, by phone, email, or mail - Communicating clearly, verbally and in-writing, with all internal and external agencies  - Other related projects or duties as assigned to support the success of the Finance Department 

Schedule Monday through Friday with an occasional Saturday. 6:00am-2:30pm or 7:30am to 4:00pm    The Role    The Production Associate will assist with the operation of the production line(s) of individual snack food items. Manually run the label machine, refilling labels, adjustments of rails and head heights, accurate placement of labels on tubs, etc.  Train new employees on GMPs, sanitation, mixing, production, and labeling.    

Schedule   Monday – Friday, 6:30am - 3:00pm Also reoccurring Saturday and Sunday coverage, 4 hour shifts, times will vary   The Role   We are seeking a hardworking, detail oriented, self-starter to add to our team to help with day-to-day production and farm operations. This is an entry-level position which entails all aspects of indoor farming including planting, harvesting, packaging, cleaning, and food safety. Schedule   40-hour work week with overtime available depending on workload.   Shop hours are: Monday – Friday 6am - 4:30pm Rotating Saturdays 7:00am - 12:00pm   The Role   Charlies Produce is looking for an experienced Journey Level Fleet Mechanic to join a fast-paced work environment that requires flexibility to service the needs of our customers & team members. Our fleet consists of passenger up to Class 8 vehicles.   In this role, you will perform truck repair and maintenance work, run diagnostics on vehicles, and work closely with other team members to meet company goals. There will be a focus on preventative maintenance, complex diagnosis, and repair along with ability to order parts. Shifts:    10pm - 6:30am     The Role:   Janitors are responsible for warehouse cleanup work, keeping buildings/warehouse in clean and orderly condition through various methods performing both light and heavy cleaning tasks such as sweeping, waste collection and removal, floor cleaning, and various surface cleaning duties, common areas such as locker rooms, restrooms, break rooms etc. The job tasks take place in both warehouse coolers and outside elements using heavy equipment. Also assisting the receiving dept as needed and other tasks assigned. We will train new hires on equipment to include electric pallet jack and fork lift. Must be able to give direction to the group.

The Role   This position encompasses the overall authority of the warehouse sanitation functions. Schedule   6:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday   The Role   As a member of our team, you will install and maintain heating, air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration equipment, duct work and accessories at various commercial projects for the company’s Seattle locations.   The qualified candidate must have good communication skills, and mechanical aptitude. Team work is a priority and apprentice installers must be willing to work with and assist co-workers as needed. All employees must be able to pass our background check, drug-screen, and DMV driving record check.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Install HVAC refrigeration equipment, ducts, diffusers, accessories, etc. - Use power tools to aid in installation of equipment and ducting. - Work from elevated surfaces such aerial lifts and climb ladders. - Maintain organized work environment. - Uses appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as prescribed by company program(s) or procedure(s). - Provides feedback on developing safety initiatives and plans to eliminate exposures that could cause accidents.   SECONDARY DUTIES - Become familiar with current Mechanical Codes and apply practical job performance. - Participating in continuing education training to career growth model. - Assist in maintaining assigned company vehicles and equipment.

Schedule   5:00am - 3:30pm OR 4:00pm - 2:30am OR 6:00pm - 4:30am   The Role   You will be part of a team of people that work together in an environment that is friendly, yet productive.   This role is for picking full case produce orders onto a pallet utilizing a “hands free” voice pick headset system while operating a riding pallet jack. These orders are picked with product integrity in mind and are wrapped and staged upon completion for delivery to the customer. We strive to maintain a safe warehouse environment while specializing in building organized orders with attention to quality and accuracy while meeting all food safety programs. This is a steady paced position that requires a standard of a certain pieces per hour which is easily within reach for candidates that are hired on.

Schedule   5:00pm - 1:30am, with Saturday nights off   The Role    We are seeking hard-working and reliable warehouse workers to join our growing operation.
