The Role Employee would work in a line to cut corn and utilize state of art machines to package and wrap corn then package and box the corn for shipment. 

Schedule: Morning start time. Shifts are typically 8-10 hours long.     The Role:   You will be part of a team of people that work together in an environment that is friendly, yet productive.   This role is for picking full case produce orders onto a pallet utilizing a “hands free” voice pick headset system while operating a riding pallet jack. These orders are picked with product integrity in mind and are wrapped and staged upon completion for delivery to the customer. We strive to maintain a safe warehouse environment while specializing in building organized orders with attention to quality and accuracy while meeting all food safety programs. This is a steady paced position that requires a standard of a certain pieces per hour which is easily within reach for candidates that are hired on.

Schedule: Sunday-Friday with one floating day off and Saturday off. 6:00AM-2:30PM The Role Hand Packager must ensure produce items are packaged in accordance to customer's specifications (eaches/weight) while meeting quality and productivity standards.    Essential Responsibilities Include, but Not Limited To •Reviews assignment sheet and reports to appropriate work station •Applies lables as necessary to individual containers •Folds/Tapes corrugated boxes •Fills individual containers (bags or boxes) with specific quanitity or weight of produce item or items •Weighs individual packages to verify that the correct weight/amount of product is enclosed •Sets packaged items in totes maintaining a FIFO (First in first out) dating system •Sorts tomatoes. Removes tomatoes that are production grade and places in separate box designated for processing •Place/stack trays of finished product on to pallet •At end of shift, the employee is responsible for cleaning the work table and surrounding area. This includes wiping down table with a rag and sanitizer and sweeping floor •Other duties as assigned

The Role Drives company truck to deliver produce to customers on an assigned route.   Essential Responsibilities Include, but Not Limited To Assist warehouse in storing incoming produce, returning produce to coolers, fuels trucks and trailer refrigeration unit, occasionally product orders, hook and unhook truck from trailer, inspect equipment, load, unload trailer, and breakdown pallets of produce. Fill out and complete required paperwork in a timely manner. Our delivery drivers are responsible for the local delivery of produce to predetermined customers on a specific route in a safe and timely manner.  Load and unload truck with pallet jack or hand truck, pick up returns, interact with all customers in a professional manner, help resolve or communicate customer issues with the management team, collect signatures and payment at time of delivery.    - Timely and accurate completion of paperwork -  Good customer service skills -  Practice safe driving techniques -  Deliver produce by deadline -  Keep vehicles up to company standards -  Occasional Warehouse duties -  Responsible for Quality and Food Safety. -  Other duties as assigned

Schedule   Days varies may include weekends   The Role   Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems on Company owned forklifts, powered pallet jacks, and equipment battery systems. The Role Picks orders according to pick ticket with particular attention being given to speed, quality and safety.   Essential Responsibilities Include, but Not Limited To Pull orders, stage and build pallets, shrink wrap and load onto the trucks for delivery. Must have sensory capabilities to avoid accidents as warehouse environment involves fast moving forklifts and power jack equipment.   - Pick orders within acceptable guidelines for errors - Place orders on pallets with special consideration given to maximizing product care, taking into account wet vs. dry goods and proper stacking to ensure safe transport and delivery to customer. - Load trucks as determined by delivery schedule - Pick short sheets - Complete necessary paperwork by recording amounts of items picked - Maintain warehouse and equipment in clean and orderly condition - Other duties as assigned

The Role Employee will work in a food processing facility working on a production line team to create finished good products.   Essential Responsibilities Include, but Not Limited To - Wash product according to standard operating procedures - Prep product for production - Cut/slice/dice product - Assemble the cut product into finished goods such as salads, dips, trays, etc.  - Package and seal product - Pack product into labled boxes for transport - Other duties as assigned

The Role Unload freight, label, stage, pull and load orders as directed, completing all necessary paperwork during the process. The Role The Facilities Technician is a skilled role that is responsible for maintaining and repairing various areas of our facility, which includes basic refrigeration, HVAC, basic mechanical motors, painting, carpentry, etc. The right candidate will also assist in all general building maintenance including but not limited to electrical and plumbing repairs. This position is accountable for paperwork to ensure the highest safety practices for the warehouse, preventative maintenance of the entire warehouse including forklifts, machinery, and miscellaneous projects. All Charlie’s positions require the ability to provide clear and timely communication when necessary.   Essential Responsibilities Include, but Not Limited To - Perform daily tasks as assigned by supervisor.  - Assist with executing the facility preventative maintenance plan. - Perform mechanical and refrigeration duties. - Maintain building and machinery maintenance. - Maintain the facility grounds including lawn care and snow removal. - Communicate when repairs will require third party contractors. - Attend monthly safety meetings. - Other duties as assigned.

Schedule   Full-time day schedule; typically Monday thru Friday, morning start, may require occasional weekends.      The Role   Maintains an effective fleet maintenance/repair program that prolongs the life and ensures safe operation of all CP equipment.  Performs technical work on vehicles and equipment as needed; ensuring inspections, preventative maintenance and repairs are performed in a timely manner.   Essential Responsibilities Include, but Not Limited To - Serves as subject matter expert on fleet maintenance and repairs. - Identify fleet maintenance issues or trends; anticipate problems and implement solutions. - Plans, schedules, and prioritizes fleet maintenance activities. - Provides aid, as needed, when troubles arise on the road – finds qualified service to repair downed vehicle, obtains competitive bids for repairs, body work, etc. - Work with drivers to enable them to operate specialized equipment properly. - Reviews work orders and purchase orders for accuracy. - Review invoices for approval process and proper asset allocation. - Occasional travel to pick up parts or meet with vendors. - Ensure conformance with vehicle manufacture’s service recommendations and bulletins. - Ensure proper working conditions and shop and vehicle safety practices are followed. - Purchases of shop equipment. - File warranty claims, warranty logs - Maintain parts department, inventory levels to company standards. - Comply with all OSHA and DOT regulations. - Research and develop parts and repairs for fleet. - Other project as requested by the management team.
